Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your use of garpani.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from GARPANI LLC ("GARPANI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our products

GARPANI designs and sells original apparel and accessories, including jackets, hoodies, and caps. Every item is our own design. We do not sell branded, licensed, or replica goods. We take care to show our products accurately, but photographs, colors, and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or shipping charges, which are shown before you confirm an order. Prices and promotional offers may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Promotional pricing applies only while the relevant offer is live and to the styles it names. Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after acceptance if an item is unavailable, if a pricing or description error is discovered, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays and factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or to you, as required by applicable law. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before ordering.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the GARPANI name, logo, designs, product imagery, text, and layout — is owned by GARPANI LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access if these terms are misused.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in relation to the Site itself. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer in relation to the products you purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GARPANI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law
